SESC led VELCO’s iTOA v2 upgrade, modernizing their iTOA instance to version 2 so that they can leverage greater functionality for a paperless control room. After years of use with classic TOA and iTOA v1 they engaged SESC to effectively innovate and manage the change impacts to the organization. The project went live in 2025, on time and within budget.
SESC worked with a federal power utility to bring legacy paper efforts into electronic enhancements within iTOA. Operationalizing ideas & building tomorrow's vision for the grid today. These enhancement efforts produce value in both the addressing of short term pain points and increasing efficiency for years to come. The project concluded in 2024 after successful implementation and was foundational for the utility's future mobile switching effort.
